Do you have a pool of qualified applicants from which you can provide me with workers?
Applicants see posted positions on the Job Center of Wisconsin listed by category and apply for those positions for which they are qualified. We do not have a “pool” of applicants that we can call upon to fill open positions; we leave it up to the job seeker to make the connection to the postings.

The Resume Matrix is a tool that we provide to employers which gives contact information from job seekers actively seeking employment. Employers review a brief description of the job seeker’s objectives, training, experience and/or education. Employers can then select to view a job seeker’s full resume if interested.
