Can I speak with a District Attorney before the court appearance on my citation?

No. The District Attorney’s Office does not have copies of citations, reports or driving records until after you enter your not guilty plea. Your DA Pre-Trial conference is your opportunity to speak with a District Attorney regarding your case.
