How do I reschedule an initial appearance?
Contact the Juvenile Court Clerk at 262-653-2677. Please note that statutory time limits apply to court hearings.

My child is alleged to have committed a delinquent act. Does he/she need an attorney?
Our office cannot give you legal advice. However, please note that a copy of the Petition has been forwarded to the
State Public Defender’s Office
for appointment of an attorney to represent your child.

I am concerned for the well-being of a child. Whom should I contact?
