The Environmental Services and Support crew can often be found training and preparing for emergencies. In the beginning of September, several employees attended a fire extinguisher training held by the Pleasant Prairie Fire Department and the Kenosha County Public-Private Partnership for Emergency Preparedness. Lunch was served and then hands on training was given. Our employees were able to practice using fire extinguishers on real fires. The training event took place at the large Meijer warehouse property in Pleasant Prairie. Those attending as shown in the picture were (front left to right) Deb Barlow, Kay Stich, Jasmine Williams, Eli Echevarria, and (back left to right) Nick Postma and Steven Anderson.
