The Friends of Kenosha County Dog Parks has lost one of our best friends. Warren passed away on February 9, 2013. Warren was instrumental in helping build the off-leash dog park outside of Twin Lakes that bears his name.
The Friends of the Dog Parks, Office of Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser and the Kenosha County Parks Division extend our deepest sympathy to the Close Family and friends.
