[ARCHIVED] Highway L to be closed March 19 for crossing repairs

The Union Pacific Railroad crossing on Kenosha County Highway L will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, for railroad repair work.

This crossing is located on Highway L (18th Street), just east of Highway EA (72nd Avenue), in the Village of Somers.

A posted detour will send drivers around the affected area via Highway EA, Highway E (12th Street) and Highway 31 (Green Bay Road).
