Sheriff Sales are held on Wednesdays in the Public Safety Building Lobby, 1000 55th Street. Sales begin at 10:00 a.m. (This will change to 9:30 a.m. effective with the Jan. 4, 2023, sale.)
Sales will not be held on the following dates: Nov. 23, 2022; Dec. 21, 2022; Dec. 28, 2022; April 12, 2023.

Attention Plaintiff Attorneys: If you are going to submit an opening bid higher than your awarded judgment amount at the Sheriff’s Sale, you must submit an affidavit of costs to the Sheriff’s Department prior to the sale. This affidavit should include a breakdown of costs justifying the new opening bid. Kenosha County’s Judiciary has issued this instruction.
