Variances
A variance is authorization granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustments to construct or alter a building or structure in a manner that deviates from the dimensional standards of the adopted Kenosha County General Zoning & Shoreland/Floodplain Zoning Ordinance. A variance may not permit the use of a property that is otherwise prohibited by the Ordinance.
