Application and Requirements
The application and fee must be submitted at least 10 days prior to an event:
Associated Fees
- Temporary Restaurant Fee: $154.00
- Temporary Prepackage Vendor Fee: $100.00
- Inspection Fees (collected at the event): $30.00

Payments
The fee can be paid with cash, money order, local check or credit card. Money orders and local checks should be made payable to the Kenosha County Division of Health.
