Application and fee must be submitted at least 10 days prior to an event.
Temporary Food Service Fee Schedule
July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
Temporary restaurant/retail fee:
- First event during April 1 - June 30 time period: $152.00
- Each subsequent event after paying initial fee: $30.00
Note: If you have any questions, contact a health inspector at 262-605-6700, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Fee can be paid with cash, money order, local check or credit card. Money orders and local checks should be made payable to the Kenosha County Division of Health.
