Take Charge of Your Health!

Self Management Education

59% of Wisconsin residents have at least one ongoing health condition like arthritis, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, and others

Self-management programs allow you to learn to thrive, not just survive with your ongoing health conditions!

Attending a health and wellness workshop will help you find practical ways of dealing with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise, understand new treatment choices and learn better ways to talk with your doctors and family about your health. The Kenosha County ADRC is focused on promoting health and wellness. They provide workshops to help the people in our community live the best quality of life possible.

We offer several health and wellness workshops offered throughout the year, some in both English and Spanish:
