Properties must be in Kenosha County, outside of the City of Kenosha.
Eligible improvements include (not a complete list of eligible work activities):
- Insulation and weatherstripping
- Heating systems and hot water heaters
- Electrical and plumbing improvements
- Repair roofs, walls and floors
- Replace windows and doors
- Septic system replacement and repair
- Lead-based paint remediation and abatement
- Conversion of properties to rental units
