Zoning Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustments is a quasi-judicial committee authorized by state statutes. It is made up of five citizen members, and is responsible for hearing variance requests and administrative appeals to the Kenosha County General Zoning and Shoreland/Floodplain Zoning Ordinance, being Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of Kenosha County. The committee also acts as the Sanitary Board of Appeals.
