The ADRC recognizes World Elder Abuse Awareness Day through the month of June.

Phone Scam!
We have been informed that there is a phone scam in some areas of the state where the caller is stating that he/she is “with the ADRC.” The caller tries to sign customers up for a free alert system, but there is a pre-payment. People receiving the call are also asked to push buttons and proceed further into a phone tree. Please know that staff from the ADRC would NEVER ask you to make a payment over the phone. If you receive a call like this, please contact the local police department.
