Claim a Credit


If you meet these requirements and are not on the listing to follow, you may claim the lottery and gaming credit by going to either the County Treasurer's Office, your municipal treasurer's office or online and completing an application form. This completed form must then be returned to:

Do not apply if you did not own the property on January 1 of the tax year or if the property was not your primary residence as of January 1 of the tax year. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue will audit all claims

Item Removal


You may remove an item from this list if it was not your primary residence by picking up and completing a removal form at the County Treasurer's Office, your local municipal building or online and returning it to the County Treasurer's Office.
