Kenosha County Deputy Sheriff David Gomez started his career on January 18,2005.
Deputy Gomez has worked a variety of different Patrol assignments with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s department since that time. Deputy Gomez was selected to be the Wilmot High School Resource officer in December 2012.
Deputy Gomez said, “I enjoy working with the youth of our community and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the Wilmot High School system. The student’s energy level and creativity is truly an amazing experience. I want the kids to know that I am not just a cop who writes tickets and arrests people, but I am also a person who cares about their future in and away from school. The best part of my day is when a student comes by my office just to say hi. I believe I have the best job at the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department.”
